We did this by designing completely new customer journeys, we developed new products and courses and set up powerful Advertising strategies across multiple social media channels and OOH media tactics.

Aligning with the 2030 SDG's, Flemish public bus transport company De Lijn got transformed into a transportation facilitator, decreasing its carbon footprint by drastically reducing CO2 emissions. To influence the population, we helped Accenture Song create and launch their new positioning campaign "Move with us towards less CO2". GHAF Digital® also created their Digital Strategy, Performance Marketing and Advertising setup. We also launched De Lijn on new channels like Snapchat and TikTok, achieving very successful results in both organic and paid advertising.

We were involved in the launch of new Mercedes models, including the GLE, A Sedan, and CLA Shooting Brake. Our work on a 360-degree marketing automation platform utilising AI and ML technologies led to a remarkable up to 87% accuracy in conversion rates after targeted content and ads exposure. We also played a key role in shaping the content strategy for the Mercedes She initiative, Mercedes Me magazine and contributed to the CX development of the Mercedes-Benz MBUX system.

#ScienceIsWonderful - DG EAC Youth & Education
Covid hit the event sector very hard. The European Commission was running their #ScienceIsWonderful campaign, empowering the Youth to learn about everything science during an annual fair. Physical events were forbidden so in collaboration with VO Europe, we came up with a Metaverse solution of the event, offering a digitalised experience mimicking the real world version. Since this initiative, attendance increased x4. We closely collaborated with internal stakeholders and external agencies to make this initiative happen successfully.

SCANIA had a high rate of warehouse accidents, resulting in extreme churn rates, drastically decreasing efficiency, increasing costs of training and higher sick leave. We solved that challenge by designing a new process of order-picking with automated carts for the heavy dangerous goods, AR glasses to warn people for automated machines crossing - avoiding accidents - and a Wi-FI based IoT system connected to a holistic ERP system, calculating efficiency and pushing automated orders to people and machines. Yes, we also offer business consulting.
